imapfilter-2.7.5 added explicit support for libpcre2 (yay!) but the build still depends on libpcre. I noticed while I was looking at remaining consumers of libpcre and looked into porting it..which was already done.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge imapfilter with libpcre2 installed
2. ldd /usr/bin/imapfilter: libpcre2 is used
3. emerge -vp --depclean libpcre still shows imapfilter as dependency
Correct dependency declaration on libpcre2.

Just to be clear: this should have said *the ebuild*.
The only necessary change is in RDEPEND.
