after emerging the new version of baselayout, the rc-script net.eth1(the one involved for my wireless card) failed with the error:
/lib/rcscripts/net.modules.d/iwconfig : 695 /dev/nul  permission denied (or something about wrong permission)


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =baselayout-1.11.10
2.reboot
3./etc/init.d/net.eth1 start

Actual Results:  
configuration to wireless failed

Expected Results:  
it should work (was working with latter baselayout 1.11.*)

it's actually a typo if you replace in the file
/lib/rcscripts/net.modules.d/iwconfig the line 695 /dev/nul by /dev/null it will
work fine.
