The latest versions of win4lin in portage is the win4lin-5.1.1.ebuild which uses the Win4Lin-5.5.18c-d.i386.rpm.

The latest available rpm is Win4Lin-5.5.20e-d.i386.rpm which includes, amongst the usual updates, changes to allow certain kernel options to be selected (REGPARM in particular).
