Currently the latest version of the Scala programming language is 3. Maybe it could be possible to add it to the tree.

Also, currently, the sbt package is still on version 0.13.18, while sbt-bin has already reached version 1.3.10. It would be lovely to have it updated

Currently dev-lang/scala is version 2.12.10 and dev-lang/scala-bin is 2.13.9, which is the last available Scala 2 version.
It would be nice to be able to have a Scala 3 version and switch between versions with app-eselect/eselect-scala
