libshout is avaible with portage, and ruby-shout exists, but the python bindings do not exist. I have created an ebuild for it (first attempt, seems to work for me).

I will respond to this bug with the ebuild in question.

An ebuild I created to install shout-python

I also created metadata.xml, Manifest, files/digest-shout-python-0.2, etc. Not
sure if those are needed or automatically created by developers.

Again this is my first ebuild submitted. Hope it is OK!
