I cannot emerge kdebase on a clean system I started installing two days ago... I tried it with kdeenablefinal enabled or disabled, and I get the same compile error:

The latest security patch I did apply to kdelibs wasn't correct. See Bug 81652. Not really an excuse... Thank you very much for your report!
