root$ qpkg -v -I vim
app-editors/vim-6.1-r12 *

Shows I have vim-6.1-r12 installed, and there is an r13 in the portage tree.
However:

root$ emerge -up vim

These are the packages that I would merge, in order.

Calculating dependencies ...done!
[ebuild  N   ] app-editors/vim-6.1-r13

Shouldn't portage show [ebuild U   ], I know it used to.
