I am getting the same error when I compile glibc. I don't have /usr/lib32/libsandbox.so so I have tried to re-emerge the portage, but I am getting another error.

The problem apeared after I have migrated to 2.6 kernel and It look that I 
can't compile any other app. First I have tried emerge --update --deep 
--newuse world.
