As I had already said in bug 660504 comment #4, the package's license explicitly forbids redistribution:

Transfer to Third Party
This license is granted exclusively to you, the original licensee, and therefore no right to resell, transfer, or re-assign the license is granted. [...]

Please add RESTRICT="mirror bindist" to the ebuild and add PassMark-EULA to the EULA license group.
