The livecd-ut2003-x86-1.4_rc1-r1.iso contains the USA Constitution and the USA Declaration of Independance, respectively in the files /usr/share/state/us-constitution and /usr/share/state/us-declaration. These files should be removed, or files from other countries should be added. I suspect the same files are present on the other Gentoo ISOs, and perhaps also in the tarballs, but I haven't checked that. By the way, I can provide the French Constitution, and many of the other dozen of texts that constitute the basis of the French nation. Forum user Tuxisuau may also be able to provide the text of the Spanish Constitution. :)
this is provided by sys-apps/miscfiles
ok i'm going to go ahead and say that since this is provided by a package that is US-English based (which is used by other US-English programs), the files will not be removed if you would like to create a package called 'world-constitutions' or something, feel free to post it as a new ebuild but otherwise, imho Gentoo shouldn't go around picking out files from packages based upon language/nationality/etc... yes, Gentoo started as a US-based distro, but that is not the reason those files are installed
