When updating world, startdict-langdao-en-zh-gb-2.4.2 needs to be re installed and cannot be compiled

maybe app-dicts/stardict-* dictionaries all have this problem

I have this same issue on an all-stable x86 system. It affects multiple dictionary packages.

stardict.eclass gzip patch

Same issue for the Russian dictionaries.

There is a minor error in the stardict.eclass. The following patch is a workaround / solution.
