dev-libs/libxml2 fails to build due to lack of crypt.h on ~arch due to glibc not providing that file anymore. Manually emergeing sys-libs/libxcrypt fixed the issue. sys-libs/libxcrypt should be added as a dependency for dev-libs/libxml2. I suggest to skip it (--exclude libxml2) and upgrade it after the world update is finished, crypt.h will be present then. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 802210 ***
