When emerged on a system without dev-util/glib-utils installed, src_configure fails with

Program glib-mkenums mkenums found: NO                                                                                                                                                                                                       
../libsecret-0.20.4/libsecret/meson.build:67:0: ERROR: Program 'glib-mkenums mkenums' not found                                                                                                                                              

The tool in question is invoked at build time so glib-utils should be added to BDEPEND.
