Latest libxml2 is in version 2.9.12 witch causes dependency conflict
RDEPEND="
    <dev-libs/libxml2-2.9.12
    >=dev-libs/libxslt-1.1.28"
Maybe there should be <=dev-libs/libxml2-2.9.12.
