Fluxbox 0.9.11 takes forever and a day to load when on a UTF-8 system. I'm gonna close this as WONT on the grounds that that patch is already in 0.9.12+, and that we'll probably have a working 0.9.(something >= 12) in the tree shortly. Or, there's 0.9.12 already if you don't mind having broken tabs...
this patch doesn't work for me... fluxbox still load slowly (it takes about a minute).
