build.log from building NetworkManager

While building the net-misc/networkmanager an error has occurred with the Perl XML:Parser. I will attach the build.log in here. 


What fixed the issues was: 

emerge -1av dev-perl/XML-Parser

This is always because you need to run perl-updater.
