version 1.2.0 is out

Updated ebuild for version 1.2.1

Version 1.2.1 is marked stable on the project website.
The ebuild is the same as the current 1.1.0, except the download location has
slightly changed.

I'm not sure about the dependency !<dev-util/subversion-1.0.9. The project
website doesn't mention any restrictions.

It's to prevent installation of dev-util/cvs2svn with a subversion ebuild that provides cvs2svn.
