Hi, I'm using a custom init script that provides encrypted swap and I thought more people could find this useful. Therefore I'm proposing to include it in the baselayout. It works similar to the crypto-loop script (even though I've never tried it) but uses dm-crypt. The only real dependency is sys-libs/device-mapper. It should work with any kernel with dm-crypt.
Hopefully there are no bugs. If you find this script useful feel free to use it. Any feedback is welcome.

Already available in unstable baselayout, configurable via /etc/conf.d/cryptfs
