Same here. The library resides in question resides in /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-linux-gnu/3.3.5/ - not 3.3.4 on my system.
I put a symlink "3.3.4" in /usr/lib/gcc-lib/i686-pc-linux-gnu/ pointing at "3.3.5". This solved the problem for me.
