It looks like the fix for this will be in gentoo-sources-5.11.10 which should be out very soon. When that hits, can you test it and let us know ?
gentoo-sources-5.11.10 as been released From b26070132a2784b61d7764dfa60d13e9b017ac5c Mon Sep 17 00:00:00 2001 From: Alice Ferrazzi <alicef@gentoo.org> Date: Fri, 26 Mar 2021 00:31:14 +0900 Subject: [PATCH] sys-kernel/gentoo-sources: Linux patch 5.11.10 Package-Manager: Portage-2.3.89, Repoman-3.0.2 Signed-off-by: Alice Ferrazzi <alicef@gentoo.org>
Can you confirm it is solved in 5.11.10 so that we can close this bug ?
Thanks. Will try it tomorrow (I use portage snapshots, and the update won't be there until then).
Yup, thanks, 5.11.10 fixes the bug (and also fixes some stuff about "amdgpu: Clock is not in range of specified clock range for watermark from DAL! Using highest water mark set." in dmesg)
thanks
