This is basc-1.5.6, in which I've added full proxy-support again, which was lost in 1.5.4. The ebuild makes now use of the useflag screenshot, to decide whether to install media-gfx/scrot and dependencies or not. I've also changed "fowners" to chown/chmod, because fowners is not recursive. there were some more minor bugfixes and and fallback-methods for some detections- For more details on the changes, please read the changelog here: http://www.gentoo-stats.org/index.php?c=changelog Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. 2. 3.
Created attachment 48115 [details] basc-1.5.6 basc-1.5.6 now with proxy-support again!
Things to fix: * KEYWORDS * Spacing in DEPEND * Kill the draw_line calls, they're against policy
Created attachment 48129 [details] basc-1.5.6 with the fixes from comment #2
Side note: draw_line is still mentioned in the Gentoo developers handbook, we probably need to get that updated to whatever the new policy dictates. http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/devrel/handbook/handbook.xml?part=2&chap=1&style=printable
Well, because the draw_line() was not really important, I've removed it. Could this then put into the tree? I would not hurry if this would not be an important update. But this update has proxy-support again. Without the ability to use a proxy, about 20% - 30% of all users could not use basc. The new useflag screenshot prevents the installing of xorg if someone don't wants it. Because pvdabell is the maintainer of this ebuild I must excuse me at him for the stress I'm making... *g*
