Just FYI, *nobody* will look at your ebuild since its attached as an application/octet-stream. Please reattach it as text if you intend for this bug to get any attention.

Thats just typical!!
It was THIS bugzilla that "suggested" that it was binary data - someone needs to look at the "auto detect routine for bugzilla then

If I knew adding a package to portage was soo much effort I wouldn't have bothard

problem is the numexp lot have done some REALLY arcane configure and make stuff such that it doesn't actually finish compiling/setting up until its first run. Thus making its present build method incompatable (and completly unique) with gentoo's emerge system

I tried hacking around and keeping up with this program since it is good but it became pointless
