Description Alexey Maximov 2005-01-04 08:04:50 UTC
The KMail generate WRONG MD5 digest and smtp side reject kmail connection

For example Mozilla Thunderbird works ok with cram-md5 auth method (in my tests only cram-md5 auth is allowed at smtp side)

The bug present in any KMail even in other distro (Debian) and on my friend's computers

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. use cram-md5 in smtp account properties
2. try connect to any special smtp server (simple to use is latest Exim) which permit cram-md5 auth
3. watch server (smtp) logs in debug mode and compare generated digest with server digest

this bug dont require from me any emerge logs etc, b/c it is software internal
bug
