Alternatively, instead of removing the call to qcollectiongenerator like in my patch, one could also modify qthelp package to expose the executable by placing a link from /usr/lib64/qt5/bin/qcollectiongenerator to /usr/bin/qcollectiongenerator

or add the dependency to qtchooser which exposes the executable in /usr/bin/
