OpenCV has optional support for Intel's Apache 2 licensed OpenVINO inference engine [2]. It is useful to accelerate the OpenCV deep learning module. It would be nice to add an ebuild for OpenVINO and enable support in the opencv ebuild. Note that you can already enable it when you have OpenVINO installed by other means by setting the env variable MYCMAKEARGS="-DWITH_OPENVINO=ON".
