Segfault happens when nvcc builds examples, including simpleTexture.

No such problem happens with earlier toolkit / SDK pairs such as 11.1.1.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install dev-util/nvidia-cuda-toolkit-11.2.0
2. Try to build corresponding CUDA SDK 11.2.0
Actual Results:  
nvcc crashes with segmentation fault when building simpleTexture and other examples.

Expected Results:  
CUDA SDK 11.2.0 built successfully.

This might be an upstream problem.

Reopen if this is still an issue with cuda 11.5/11.6
