In the ebuild for games-strategy/glob2-0.8.10 is a filter-flags -O? which isn't required anymore. To be exact, it was only required for 0.8.8 and not for 0.8.9 either. As it is a rather strong filter-flag, I'd suggest it to be removed (compiled fine with -O2 here).
