Description Dennis Schridde 2020-12-20 20:51:07 UTC
It would be nice to have a Gentoo package for zram-generator, a systemd unit generator for zram devices, that is e.g. used by Fedora: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/SwapOnZRAM

This is possibly related to an older request, which is IMO obsolete by now: bug #481538

zram-generator-0.3.2.ebuild

Attached ebuild successfully installs zram-generator-0.3.2.

Since ronn-ng is not yet available in Gentoo (bug #783765), I used pandoc to generate the manpages, which produces garbled output, but is better than no manpage at all...

Thanks for the ebuild. Are you interested in maintaining it in ::gentoo?

Would you mind making a PR (or giving a git am-able patch) with this and any other needed packages?
