Please do add current zeitgeist 1.0.3 package

zeitgeist has been ported to python3 dropping python2 support in version 1.0.3.

GNOME Activity Journal has also been ported from GTK2 to GTK3 and uses zeitgeist-1.0.3 python3 bindings.

Is there a ticket about a new "GNOME Activity Journal" package? Is it part of a package in the tree already?

Not yet. A new ticket needs to be opened, once the project is moved to official GNOME group in gitlab.gnome.org.
