Hello,
Telegram Desktop 2.4.0 has been out for almost a month but it's not in Portage, while 2.4.4 has been released yesterday: it'd be great to have it in the tree.

there are many issues with new tg_owt library.
it made impossible to (or just really hard) to compile without pulseaudio, impossible to compile with webrtc, and webrtc fork uses a lot of bundled libraries, and it only compiles statically.

please proceed to bug #739466 for discussion.
