Ok, I'm bumping festival and speech-tools to use more proper LSB-FHS directories, so would you mind updating your ebuild to do the same, and then I'll test it out and add it in this coming week.

I have now put the festival 1.955 beta ebuild in portage.  I will do the multisyn voices as separate ebuilds.
