After the forums database move, the forums is failing to send emails to users with 
Always notify me of replies and or Notify on new Private Message.

The forums responds to the poster with
Ran into problems sending Mail. Response: 502 5.5.1 Error: command not implemented
in both cases.

The posts are accepted in both cases.

Notify on new Private Message appears to be fixed after a reboot my end.
