Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: tinderbox)

Install uncompressed man pages from Lumina desktop

This patch modifies the rules to install uncompressed man pages, allowing portage to compress (or not) those files.

It cleanly applies to all the available versions in Gentoo tree for x11-wm/lumina (1.6.0, 1.6.1, 1.6.2)
