Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: tinderbox)
This machine uses a clang/LLVM toolchain.

This machine uses also GLIBC-2.32. If you think that this issue is strictly related to GLIBC please block bug 736174.

I think we have underlinking to blas here:

It wouldn't show with openblas but with netlib it will.
OK, this is weird, blas is detected and should be linked against but `-lblas` is missing from where it should be.
Could I have the matching "config.log" and may be "Source/libspqr.la"?
