iniparser:0 is stuck on EAPI 4. I guess we can either cleanup any deps where possible if they've migrated to :4 in later versions, but failing that, bump EAPI in :0.
So, we can stable/cleanup isomaster (bug 739470), but the other revdep is net-fs/smbtad which needs :0. No new versions upstream.
