The overlay in question was hosted on BitBucket as a Mercurial repository and since BitBucket discontinued their support for Mercurial I have converted the repository to Git and now host it over at GitHub.

The new repository URL is https://github.com/Soft/gentoo-overlay.git

The repository has been removed, rendering this bug obsolete.
