Is it ok to stabilize the new slot, and look into removing old ones (for py3)?
We should package & release the new 4.4.0 version When doing that, we will be able to drop the 3.6.x versions from tree So only 4.0.x will remain with py2 and should be taken care of somehow (I've never looked into it actually) So yes, 4.2.8 should be made stable ASAP imho
