For libglvnd and new virtual/opencl support.
Please add "CC-ARCHES" to keywords if this version is ready to be stabilized.
For bug #713546 perhaps USE=libglvnd for 390.132-r2 could be masked for now? That 390.132-r1 still relies on eselect-opencl and causing conflicts generally makes users accept -r2 with USE=-libglvnd as a solution, so stabilization would be nice anyway.
