Description Botykai Zsolt 2004-11-26 10:52:38 UTC
I had both digikam and digikamplugins installed. After some "emerge sync" and a new release of digikam I noticed that 'emerge -uD world' upgrades 'digikam' to its brand new version. But next time it will downgrade itself because of some depend issues with digikamplugins. Then upgrade again. Then downgrade...
Maybe it's because there are both "media-plugins/digikamplugins" and "media-plugins/digikamimageplugins" in portage?

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge digikamplugins && emerge sync & emerge -uD world && emerge -uD world
2.
3.

The same root cause.. If anybody cares to reopen and hack this symptom out of the way for the time being, please feel free.
