Needs libutp, dht to be packaged.

Are there any other packages using these libraries? If not I see little point in unbundling them.

libutp:
"The libutp API is considered unstable, and probably always will be. We encourage you to test with the version of libutp you have, and be mindful when upgrading. For this reason, it is probably also a good idea to bundle libutp with your application."

... and dht (https://www.irif.fr/~jch//software/bittorrent/) seems to be used by Shareaza, which isn't in tree.

So let's close it.
