This is an auto-filed bug because dev-ruby/eventmachine fails tests. The issue was originally discovered on amd64, but it may be reproducible on other arches as well. These failures are due to OpenSSL incompatibilities and testing against obsolete protocols. This looks to be addressed upstream in various commits, so I'll wait for a new upstream release.
