Upstream recommended patches to plasma-desktop and plasma-workspace (5.18.5-r1 revbumps) wrt KDE Frameworks 5.70 changes will lead to an inconsistency with animation speed.

Please note that per above comment I might still decide to wait a few days longer and add KDE Frameworks 5.70 stable to the mix.

The only problem was that dev-libs/kuserfeedback requires a stable version of dev-qt/qtcharts, but no version has yet been stabilized. 
Since I was in a hurry yesterday morning, i found and used qt-5.14.2-stable https://bugs.gentoo.org/719732 and also icu-67.1-stable https://bugs.gentoo.org/716822 to update my system before.


I have ignored anything related with use= -X, +minimal, +systemd and +gles2-only

'Downgraded' two packages in the list, -r1 will be stabilised with KF-5.70.:
-> kde-plasma/plasma-desktop-5.18.5-r0
-> kde-plasma/plasma-workspace-5.18.5-r0

Arches please stabilise.
