This is an auto-filled bug because net-voip/telepathy-salut has unrecognized configure options.
The issue was originally discovered on arm64, but it may be reproducible on other arches as well.
If you think that a different summary clarifies the issue better, feel free to change it.

This is no (real) issue. These configure options are needed and passed for telepathy-salut configure. They just get passed to a wocky subconfigure as well, which doesn't recognize them. It's only an issue because portage is eager to catch them and report.
