There is an incompatible NTS protocol change deployed now by biggest NTS provider, Cloudflare, see:

https://github.com/cloudflare/cfnts/pull/43
Other NTS providers have also switched now, some of them (Netnod) temporarly run both protocol versions on different ports.

A very simple patch is needed to make net-misc/ntpsec work again with the updated protocol:

Closing, since 1.1.9 is (almost) stable (last commit was doc-related only).
