Hello,
On the system, i don't need CUPS because i don't have printer
Is it possible to add USE FLAG to vivaldi and vivaldi-snapshot to not enable cups if not needed ? 

I enclose the patch i made to update the ebuild.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Disable cups USE
2. Instal vivaldi-snapshot
3.
