Emerging gnome-vfs-2.8.3 fails with the message:

[...]
checking for perl... /usr/bin/perl
checking for XML::Parser... configure: error: XML::Parser perl module is required for intltool

But I have dev-perl/XML-Parser-2.34 installed.

Is XML-Parser a requirement for gnome-vfs now?
