How about that?
Comment 1 Andreas Sturmlechner gentoo-dev 2020-05-23 09:19:33 UTC
Adding last person to bump the package.
Comment 2 Michael Orlitzky gentoo-dev 2020-05-23 12:25:15 UTC
Should be OK. Nobody has reported any new bugs. I think there's a test suite and I think it should pass, but we'll see =)

I'm willing to fix any failures.

Comment 5 Andreas Sturmlechner gentoo-dev 2020-11-05 19:57:24 UTC
We'll need this for arm64 for stabilisation of KDE Release Service 20.08.3, any objections?

KDE proj does not need this for arm, looks like it is going to be messy.

You may consider simply waiting for someone request it for their arch, we don't have to fill in the gaps for every single one of them.

sam is a prolific arm dev, he wants to use octave on arm too, is that a problem?

Please re-join IRC. It would be really helpful and simplify communication a lot.
If it eats up too much time for you, consider just being around for an hour each day or so... or drop the forums for a while, these drive anyone crazy...

Why do you feel the need to speak for them? If that's the case that's their prerogative, I only care as far as this is a bug I filed and it does not block my stabilisation.

Let's all take a deep breath and have a beer now. It's friday evening, no need to go angry into the weekend.

Interpreting my comments in anything else than amicable tone is a mistake to begin with, no need for a certain type of beverage. In any case, more power to Sam.

Yeah, I just like using it for uni (they're MATLAB fans). I'm not filling in random arches!
