[This is same as bug #70949, but for the older version of xmingw-w32api]

To build the colinux.sys file (NT5 driver for coLinux) under Linux, the ntddk header and .def files need patching to add the missing requirements.

NTDDK patch for xmingw-w32api-2.5

The original name of this patch in the colinux-20041024.tar.gz tarball is
"w32api-2.5.diff".  I suggest one of the following filenames (or something
similar) for inclusion in portage:

xmingw-w32api-2.5-ntddk.patch
xmingw-w32api-2.5-colinux.patch

Added the 3.1 patch, IMHO this is thus uneeded (and one one will use it)
