Alaso, tt seems as if the homepage for dcraw has changed since the the ebuild was made, and it should now be https://www.dechifro.org/dcraw/

Possibly ufraw is preferred instead of the gimp plugin included with USE="gimp" in this package (ufraw uses dcraw as a library, apparently), according to the description on the dcraw homepage.
