Thanks for the heads up, seems to be some sort of corruption issue that I had and failed to fix properly. As I'm quite busy right now it could take about a week or two with hacktivis.me being down for at least few hours (moving the machine to another city) until I can resolve this.
Turn outs the fix was easy to do so I could do it on a time out and QA is there to confirm it.
